Our agency Fee is equivalent to one weeks rental of the accommodation being viewed and must be lodged with our Agency prior to viewing, unless we have sent you an email authorisation number to pay the fee immediately upon accepting the accommodation being viewed. If, the Agency Fee applies to the property you are viewing, the fee will be clearly displayed under the property details. i.e. Fee paid by: TENANT.
Fees will only be refunded once we have received confirmation from the Landlord / Landlady that you have not accepted the accommodation viewed.
No Fee refund will be made if not claimed within 28 days of date of viewing accommodation.
Under no circumstances will a refund be given once accommodation has been accepted.
Any accommodation information that you have originally received from us, and passed onto others will result in our Fees being due by you personally
Keys Property Rentals:
All rental properties are viewed prior to advertising them on our website, and Rental Properties Fees are paid by the landlord, therefore no charge is payable by the tenant. If, the Property Rental Fee applies to the property you are viewing, the fee will be clearly displayed under the property details. i.e. Fee paid by: LANDLORD.
