You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein.

Keys Accommodation & Property Management reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Keys Lettings: All properties advertised under our "Lettings" are viewed prior to marketing the property on our website, and the fees are paid by the landlord, therefore no charge is payable by the tenant. This will be clearly displayed under the property details. i.e. Fee paid by: LANDLORD.

Keys Accommodation Agency: The accommodation agency is a property introduction agency only and therefore cannot except any responsibility if accommodation once accepted by you, proves to be unsatisfactory, we are unable to view all property prior to letting therefore this would be a matter for you to resolve directly with the landlord.

Our fee is equivalent to one week?s rental of the accommodation being viewed and unless otherwise agreed, lodged by either cash, cheque or debit card details when the appointment to view is arranged. Cheques and debit card details held will be immediately processed on receipt of confirmation of acceptance. If this fee applies to the property you are viewing, the fee will be clearly displayed under the property details i.e. Fee paid by: TENANT.

Under no circumstances will a refund be given once accommodation has been accepted. Cash refunds will only be made on production of the original receipt.

Any accommodation information that you have originally received from us, or passed onto others, will result in our introduction fees being due by you personally.
